Blogging Marta

Hi there!

Welcome to "Blogging Marta"...my very FIRST blog (insert Home Alone shocked face here). haha :)

Some people call me a robot, cause I don't require much sleep and yet find myself very chipper most of the time...a strange phenomenon, I know. :) Others call me the Energizer bunny, cause I'm always hoppin' and on the go. What can I say, I'm a very outgoing person who loves life, people, experiences and creating art...which means I'm not very good at slowing down and pausing. But I'm working on it. :)

So here I am, finally sitting down and taking a moment to write to you. First of all, THANK YOU for taking time out of YOUR busy day to look at my art and read my silly ramblings. Everyone's time is valuable, so I appreciate your willingness to "pause" your life and support a local artist. Secondly, I hope you enjoy what you see as much as I enjoy creating it. And thirdly, please share your discovery with your friends. It's always nice to know that the work you create is being appreciated and passed on to others. It's the highest compliment in my book. :)

Here's what you can expect from me...I promise to continue to create art and hopefully inspire others to do the same. I also promise to keep you well informed about upcoming events, comic cons and other Marta sitings. :) This is something very new for me and those who know me, are probably saying "FINALLY, you're focusing on your artistic talent!"....And they're right. For the first time ever, I'm finally taking my art to the next level and it's very exciting. Drawing, painting, creating makes me happy and I hope I get to do it for a long, long time. :)
